Track Use Only
InoKinetic products may not be legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicles. Performance products are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public highway.
Return and Refund Policy for NEW items (excluding used and discount items)
InoKinetic is committed to complete customer satisfaction with our products. We will accept returns for regularly priced items within 30 days provided that the product has not been installed, has not been damaged in any way, and is in its complete and original packaging suitable for resale. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned items that are not defective. We do not accept returns of custom ordered products. Costs of any free shipping included in the initial order will be deducted from the refund. Refurbished Clams are guaranteed to be repaired to like new condition.
To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning the product. Products without a valid RMA number will be refused from the shipper. An RMA may be requested by contacting customer service at 951-296-6762. Once we issue a RMA, we must receive the product within 10 days or no refunds will be given. Shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility.
When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 30 days, after which the product will be destroyed.
Return and Refund Policy for Used or Discount items
Sorry, we do not accept returns on used or discount items. All used/discount sales are final.
Damaged Goods
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. InoKinetic cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this timeframe. Upon receiving a product that is damaged, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning the product.
Cancelled Orders
You may cancel an order that has not been shipped unless it is a special order or customized product. Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any refund. If you cancel an order that has been shipped, terms and conditions for the Return & Refund Policy above will apply.
Privacy
InoKinetic is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using customer information responsibly. Your e-mail address is used only when we are confirming your order or notifying you of additions, updates or news concerning our website. InoKinetic does not make your e-mail address available to any other companies. All transactions at our site are handled with the industry - standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form it is transmitted in an encrypted manner and decoded when it is submitted to our bank processor. This provides the most secure shopping environment for our valued customers at all times.
Disclaimer of Warranties by Seller and Release of Liability
The Seller, InoKinetic, does not offer and hereby disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, for merchandise provided by InoKinetic. Manufacturer’s warranties are unaffected by this disclaimer if the sale is through InoKinetic.com. It is the responsibility of the user/assembler to verify the correctness of size and application of the merchandise before installation. Some merchandise may be inappropriate for either street use or for off-road, racing or track use, as such uses may expose the merchandise to conditions not anticipated in the design and application of the merchandise and InoKinetic makes no representations regarding the propriety of using the merchandise for such applications or the effect of such use on the manufacturer’s warranty. For those services and or merchandise that may involve competitive applications, buyer acknowledges such activities are inherently dangerous and releases InoKinetic from any risks attendant thereto, as well as for any risks arising from misuse or improper application.
